How to Use:To make the singing bowl “sing,” strike the edge of the Tibetan Sound Bowl with the mallet and run it around the edge. This produces highly energized vibrations, tones, and rhythms. These frequencies interact with brain waves to induce deep meditation, relaxation, regeneration, and pain relief.Hold the Bowl: Grasp the handle and hold the singing bowl vertically.
Strike the Bowl: Use the mallet to strike the edge of the bowl.
