हाम्रो कथा
A little piece of Nepal on Vesterbrogade
Everest Import House is a small shop with handmade goods from Nepal. We choose every singing bowl, mala and wool jacket ourselves — and we know the craftspeople who make them.

Why we started
We wanted to give Copenhagen a shop where you can feel Nepal — not just buy a souvenir. A place to strike a bowl and hear the difference, try on a wool jacket and take its story home with you.
That is why we trade directly with small workshops and families in the Kathmandu Valley. No middlemen, no mass production — and when a customer is looking for something special, we bring it home from Nepal.
“The owner went above and beyond, arranging the item to be sourced directly from Nepal.”

What we stand for
Real craft
Everything is handmade in Nepal. Small differences in colour and shape are part of the charm — no two bowls sound the same.
Direct trade
We buy directly from the craftspeople, so the money goes to the families behind the work.
Personal service
Ask us anything — from which bowl suits your meditation to special orders from Nepal.
